Not a long entry today.
I signed up for 2 free weeks of WW etools. I am unsure about it right now, but if I don't cancel, I will be charged $29.95 for 3 months. I am not sure if I want to pay that much since I no longer have HAP and must pay for the next 12 weeks of meetings (ouch!).
Two positive things today: 1. Crystal Light now makes a drink mix that is aspartame-free! I got a free sample at Lifetime yesterday, but I didn't try it yet. It's 30 calories, but I am learning that it's better to just have the real stuff instead of the fake. 2. I did boot camp and I am tired.
I'm happy about Crystal Light!! I'm also trying to avoid too much aspartame...stuff's nasty! I'll have to go get me some new Crystal Light :) Thanks for the tips. Since being unemployed, I've been eating much better (minus my Mom and Joe's visit! :/). I'm guessing it's because I'm not really stressed out aside from going to interviews.
ReplyDeleteThat's great that you have been trying to get rid of aspartame. It's tough, diet pop was especially hard. I have a coupon for $1 off those new Crystal Light packs. I can mail it to you if you inbox me your address. Don't worry, I have at least 5 of them because Lifetime was handing them out with samples.
