All Over the Place (this entry, that is.)

I have been working out faithfully lately.

Activity points so far (my WW week is Mon to Mon):
Tuesday: +4 (elliptical)
Wednesday: +7 (1/2 hour bootcamp, 1/2 hour team weight loss (cardio/weights), 1/2 hour team fitness/weights)
Thursday: +6 (1 hour yoga+1 hour Zumba)
Total: 17 points

My weight has been up a little yesterday/today, but iPeriod told me that TOM is expected today, so I'm guessing that's why (sorry if that's TMI..).

I scheduled a fitness assessment with the boot camp instructor next week. I hope it shows that I have less body fat because I have actually been doing weights faithfully for almost 2 months.

On a bitter-sweet note, I bought a really expensive pair of Guess jeans a few months ago..and...they are practically falling off. Anyone want a pair of size 31? I wish they could just transform into a smaller size. I have enough shorts/dresses/capris to get me through the summer, but new jeans will definitely be in order in the Fall.

Also, I had 3 people put my name on a referral when they signed up for the gym (Ang/Rose/Andrew), so I have $200 bucks to spend at Lifetime. I'm thinking tennis lessons and maybe swim lessons. I'm not a confident swimmer..I won't go in deep water at all. I plan on getting everything scheduled next week. I have always wanted to get tennis lessons!

  1. What is iPeriod? This sounds fascinating and not TMI!

  2. It's an app (I think it was $1.99), but you enter when your period starts/ends, and it predicts your next 12. It tells you your average cycle length and average amount of days. It's been right on almost every time and within a day of it when it is off. I LOVE it! Hands down the most useful app made.

  3. Awesome! I will also tell Liz. We love crap like this as 90% of our conversations revolve around that exact topic. haha
