This week, I lost 2 pounds. It has been going well. This Wednesday, Rose and I are trying out TEAM Fitness/TEAM Weight Loss/Team Boot Camp at Lifetime. I might be able to get it for free because I referred Rose and Andrew to LTF and I'm supposed to get 100 myLT bucks, which will pay for 12 weeks of one of these classes. That would be great because my boot camp class ends next week.
I just finished my first 12 weeks of eating better. Here are my stats:
Week 1: Start (we just get an initial weigh in so, so no loss/gain)Began April 6, 2010
Week 2: -5 (down 5 total)
Week 3: 0 (5 total)
Week 4: -3 (8 total)
Week 5: 0 (8 total)
Week 6: -2 (10 total)
Week 7: +.75 (9.25 total)
Week 8: No Weigh In
Week 9: -3.75 (13 total)
Week 10: +1.5 (11.5 total)
Week 11: -2 (13.5 total)
I missed a week somewhere in there. Overall, I am happy with my 13.5 pound loss so far and I look forward to hitting my goal by the end of the Summer/beginning of Fall.
I worked out 6 days last week!
Yesterday was a NSV(non-scale victory). I spent the whole day at KOA and still stayed on plan. It was Father's Day, too! I always had a hard time on holidays (eating-wise), but now I see that it;s just another day and I can do this.
