Other LTF

I had my tennis lessons today. They went pretty well! I decided to do my 5k training after, so I went on the treadmills at the "other" LTF. Well, they were super-cool! You can plug your iPod in and play around with it on the touch screen. Also, you can create workouts online and plug your USB cord into the treadmill and I guess it does it! There's a picture of a track on there and as you're running, it shows you how far you are around the track. I did 10.5 laps!

I burned 800 calories between tennis and 5k training. I'm doing amazing as far as the workouts go and eating pretty decent. Yesterday I had too much cake (1 cupcake+2 slices of a round cake), but it was my first time having cake in 4 months and I went to 2 parties. Ok, no excuses. I tracked it and moved on. Most came out of my weekly points.

I eat A LOT. Last week I had my normal 21 points per day, and I used an extra 65 points throughout the week! 30 of those were earned through working out and 35 were my weeklies. I find that I lose when I use all of my weeklies and activity points. I have been strength training for a little while now, and I realized that my body needs and uses the fuel.
