Weighed in this morning, down 2 pounds this week for a total of 16.5!
Worked out..Strictly Strength kicked my butt. It was a guy teacher today and we did a lot of arms. I love doing arms because that's where I need work on. I think my calves are too muscular already. Then, I did the elliptical with Mark for 20 mins. 5 Activity Points total!
I'm drinking a Green Monster right now. I perfected it by adding strawberries and pineapple this time and only using 1/2 of a banana. Great post-workout snack/meal!
