So, it was OK. I'm not a huge fan of banana, but I can eat them in moderation. I put WAY too much banana in it and it basically just tasted like a banana smoothie. Next time, I'm going to use 1/2 of a banana, strawberries, and pineapple. As far as the spinach goes, you can't even taste it! What a sneaky way to get vegetable and fruit servings in for the day!
I skipped the gym today. I just feel so tired/lazy/etc. I've worked out 4 days so far this week. I plan on doing yoga tonight before bed, no workout tomorrow, and running+weights Saturday. 6 day workout week! I've earned 27 AP's so far in just 4 days. Insane.
My eating has been 100% perfect yesterday and today (no going over and getting all of my healthy checks in). Here's hoping for perfect eating tomorrow and a perfect weigh in to follow on Saturday!!
