Yoga.

I'm nervous about weigh-in Thursday. I was on track today, I did 30 minutes of cardio and an hour of yoga. I'm getting into this yoga thing. I have been pushing myself harder each time and trying to stay in the poses. I have never liked it, but I am glad that I gave it a second chance.
Tomorrow I'm going to get some cardio in after work. I'm excited to spend a little bit of time with Mark tomorrow night! :)
